Ingredients:
3 potatoes
3 green chillies (chopped)
1/2″ ginger (chopped) a few coriander leaves (chopped)
a few curry leaves (chopped) 2 cups wheat flour 2 tsp sugar butter/ghee salt.
Method:
1. Boil potatoes, mash and keep to cool.
2. Take chillies, ginger, coriander and curry leaves, salt and sugar in a bowl.
3. Mix this with mashed potato.
4. Add wheat flour, ghee to the above.
5. Knead all together and make balls.
6. Roll each ball and flatten and make chapatis.
7. Fry on both sides applying ghee/butter.
8. Serve with chutney

Preparation - Soak soya granules (1 bowl) in water for 10min. This is available in market.
In a vessel put one serving spoon oil. Add 1 finely chopped onion. When the onion turns brown add one chopped tomato & finely chopped garlic cloves (5 no’s). Add one inch ginger. Fry this mixture for 3min. Add soaked soya granules. Mix well and simmer for 5min. Then add 1 spoon jeera powder, 1 spoon chilly powder, salt to taste, 1 mashed potato & fresh coriander leaves.
In another pan, spread little oil. Toast the bread for 2 min. Serve this with above preparation.

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower 1 capsicum
4 spring onions 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2-3 tbsp corn flour 3-4 tbsp chilli sauce
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce salt
Method:
Cut cauliflower into florets and keep in hot salt water for 15-20 minutes. Then remove and keep aside.
In a bowl take the cornflour and to this add V2 of the ginger garlic paste, salt and cauliflower and mix well. Deep fry till crisp and keep.
Heat oil, add spring onions, capsicum, and fry. Add the sauces and the remaining ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add the fried cauliflower. Toss well and serve hot.

1/2 Kg Garlic
1 serving spoon Vinegar
250gm Oil
100 gm Ginger
100 gm Green Chillies
1/2 Kg onion
1 tea spoon red chille powder
1 serving spoon red chillie sauce (Available in market)
1 serving spoon tomato Sauce (Available in market)
1/4 tea spoon ajinomoto
1 bunch Silurian Leaves (Available in market)
Preparation - Chope very fine the Garlic, Ginger, Chillies & Onion
Put all the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 10 min. Then add the finely chopped preparation as above. Fry this well for 15 min. Keep stirring to avoid it sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add Red chillie sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, chillie powder. Simmer for 2 min and keep aside. Once cooled, store in glass jar.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg chicken (cut into medium pieces)
3+2 onions
1″ ginger
3-4 flakes of garlic
4 tbsp ghee/oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp bafath powder
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup warm water
4 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
a few coriander leaves.
Method:
1. Make a paste of 3 onions, ginger and garlic.
2. Heat ghee/oil, add this paste and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Now add the powders and mix.
4. Add 2 tomatoes and fry till soft.
5. Now add the chicken and cook on a low flame.
6. Add 1 cup of hot water, a little salt and cook.
7. Add cinnamon, cloves and cook till done.
8. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
9. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry 2 onions till brown 10. After chicken is ready, sprinkle the fried onions on top and serve.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 gms butter
100 gms sugar
1 cup maida
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 ripe bananas
Method:
Beat egg whites first and then add the yolk. Cream butter and sugar. Sieve maida, baking powder and add to the above. Add vanilla essence and make a batter. Finally add mashed bananas and mix.
Now take muffin mould, grease with butter and dust with maida and pour this batter and bake at 180°c till done; about 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces or even boneless can be used)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato sauce 2-3 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garam masala powder salt
a pinch of red colour (optional)
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces in the above ingredients overnight or at least 8-9 hours in the fridge.In a bowl take 1 egg, 2-3 tbsp cornflour, salt and beat well. Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry and keep aside.Now take a little oil and fry 6-8 green chillies cut into rounds, add a few crushed garlic flakes, add the fried chicken, toss well and serve hot.

4 Mackerels (Bangda). Apply salt, Turmeric and boil for 5 min (keep aside)
2 big onions (cut fine)
1 big tomato
3 green chilies
1 inch ginger
2 spoon cinnamon and black pepper powder
8 garlic flakes
1 cup full of fresh coriander leaves
1 egg
2 spoon vinegar
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs or rava
Oil to fry
Preparation - Shred the fish and remove the thorns. You may use any fish, but in this case we have chosen Mackerels. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs, egg and oil. Mix well. Make cutlets of any shape with hand. Dip the cutlets in beaten eggs; roll on bread crumbs or rava. Shallow fry in pan. Serve hot.
